Hi, I'm Abby, a theatre maker, choreographer, performer and facilitator.

I tell stories with movement, with breath and with flow. I build worlds that move, sometimes gently, sometimes wildly but always with heart.

My work lives in the space between play and fluidity, between laughter and stillness. Whether I’m performing on stage, shaping scenes in rehearsal, or facilitating a workshop, I’m chasing the magic that happens when people come together to imagine.
